"I love everyone at this hospital. They are caring and compassionate. Elana is my favorite staff member up front! Dr. Denney is great and my favorite, but really... All the doctors and staff that work here are outstanding and make your pets health a priority. Northtown makes everything very easy and convenient by using the "Otto" app. I can access my dogs records on my phone and check on what time their appointments are by checking in the app. Very easy! I can also chat with the hospital and request medical records. Great hospital. If I could give it more stars I would! Also....not affiliated with VCA another bonus!"
"We recently came to Northtown Guardian Pet Hospital for the first time to get help for our kittens injured leg. Everyone was so nice and inviting. You can tell that everyone working there absolutely loves animals and is passionate about caring for them. The doctor was so thorough and loving during our kittens exam and was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. Also their office is pristinely clean. Thank you to everyone that helped us!!
