"I dropped in from Québec. Allie and coach Dylan were very accommodating and I went once midday and the morning classes from 5:30 - 6:30 on Tuesday and Thursday. Although the space is a bit small, it is organized well and the instruction is very clear and competent. Don’t hesitate to reach out and make this your home gym if you live in the area. I hope to come back next time I am in town. Thank you."
