"Front staff and lab techs are great. Medical Assistants are excellent. The dr we chose however was a mistake, she doesn’t follow through with tasks and switches her story within only a few months. If you are perfectly healthy, she’s fine but if you need something, even a simple referral forget it."
"My children have been patients here since 2016. The staff is so kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. We loved our previous pediatrician, and we just had our first check-up with our new one, Dr Craig. She is very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. My daughter has special needs, and Dr Craig needed no education on her condition or the recommended guidelines. The lab staff is also great working with little ones. Very happy to have quality medical care here in East County."
"The staff at the Scripps Santee office is fantastic. Their online paper work was simple and easy, everyone was friendly, Dr. Hawkins took time to hear me and formulate a plan of action. Their MyScripps portal is easy to use and viewing your lab and test results is simple. When I came in for blood work it was quick and simple. Excellent care all around."
"Since becoming a patient here, I can honestly say I now feel like I’ve never had proper medical care in my entire life. I have never received such great care and I’m so thankful we found this office. The entire staff is attentive, caring, thorough, and they listen and take you seriously. It only took one appointment here for all of our issues or any concerns to be addressed and handled. Anytime we’ve been sick they’ve gotten us in same day and called to check on us. My son and I both go here. He sees Dr Leek, but has also seen Dr OLeary and the NP Brittany. I see Dr Ildesa but have also seen Dr N. Every single one of them are amazing, including the office staff. Truly the best of the best. It’s going to break my heart when we do eventually PCS and have to leave. They have set the bar very high."
"I’ve been really unimpressed with this office. Personal patient care is truly lacking. I’ve actually never even met the doctor I’m supposed to have. Most communication is done via email. I’ve had several different issues regarding a prescription that was supposed to be called in to my mail order pharmacy. One bright spot is the nurse practitioner that works there. She examined me with care and kindness. I miss my Sharp doctor."
