"Raul put us to work! Myself and my boyfriend did a private conditioning session. Raul was able to work with myself (beginner) and boyfriend (intermediate) to create a fun and challenging session. The gym is very clean. It is equipped with various machines for conditioning. There is an outside turf which allowed for activity that required more space to be done outside. We will definitely be back!"

"I’ve been with Raul consistently for a year and with his workouts you can’t help but to see results. Raul is assertive but encouraging at the same time. He instills in his clients positive energy and leaving a session with that type of mindset has helped my mental health tremendously. He also keeps the sessions fun by switching up a few things here and there with different combos and techniques. I went into this as someone with ZERO knowledge of boxing so no prior experience is needed. 100% highly, highly recommend if you’re ready to put in the work! If you don’t feel ready, he will work with you to get you there! Extra benefits: he provides water, gym towels, gum & he sanitizes the gym immediately after your sessions. Plenty of parking is a huge plus. Easy access. He also sells wraps if needed in different colors."
