"This is my second review but I simply cannot sing enough praises for Ryan DeWitt and his team. My most recent "injury" was a bit of sciatic which I used to suffer from regularly. I should note that I've been participating in the CrossFit and K2 at their adjacent gym for over 5 years, and my pain has almost disappeared. After attempting to pick up a heavy soil bag incorrectly (I know better!) and then traveling, I had a flair up. Along with some excellent other modalities, Ryan applied the BFR cuff on my leg while guiding me through movements and I woke up a new woman! I've tried so many modalities to heal my sciatic but none have worked so quickly and efficiently. On top of all this Ryan and his team give so much personal care and attention to their patients. They are truly the best in class."

"Elijah has been wonderful! I am still at the beginning of my hip recovery but the whole process has been great! When I am feeling good he works me and when I'm not doing so well we go lighter. Everything is explained and I love the personal plan with the videos to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly. If you need Physical Therapy this is the place! Also, the place is very clean and I feel very comfortable. The front desk staff are awesome as well!"
