"Great school! I’ve been going to White Tiger for about 5 months now. I work full time and go to school, as do a lot of students that attend here, so the only thing holding you back is you. Its not only a martial arts practice but also self defense and meditation. This is a safe place to learn how to not only make yourself stronger but also how to protect yourself and others. They help you grow mentally through mediation and in combination physically, with the martial arts and cardio classes. I have the had the pleasure working with just about every teacher and while they teach the same techniques each one has a great individual style. I get that its scary at first going in by yourself, that was definitely me, but you can always bring a friend, plus the first time is free.
