"Great hike. Trail markers need to be a little more clear. Main trail is blocked by a gate. You need to go under the gate to stay on trail."

"Ok, so , the entrance to the trail you use to get too the M ( Maddona Mtn M ) Not Mission College Prep the Catholic School. Is right at the South Bound On ramp to hwy 101 at Marsh/Higuera . So, Google Map 101 At Marsh St. And look for the Cerro San Luis Obispo trail or the Lemon Grove Trail.."

"A short hike from the Marsh street trailhead, the M offers a great view of SLO in half the time as the top of the mountain. The path to the M is great, but be aware if you plan to hike to the top from here the path is steep and much less maintained than the main one."
