"Gym is okay, size and amenities are good, could be cleaner. I really wanted to like this gym but Security is not great! I and multiple other members got robbed in the change rooms, so many of our personal belongings were stolen. I know this certainly isn't the first time this happened at this very gym (see Sept 12/23). I'm hesitant to keep going now, I don't feel safe. Gym should REALLY consider hiring a security guard at bare minimum. Update: not two weeks after this last incident, I had a follow-up theft on my bike parked right outside the facility. No one is ever at the front desk. I have canceled my membership and I will not be returning to this gym."
"Many people including me lost wallets here even tho mine was put in the locker. I am not a picky one, but their bathrooms and some areas have strong ammonia smell. Looked like no one ever cared about cleaning stuff and bathrooms here. I also got bothered by some creepy old guys here. Never tried to get anyone's attention. Just got here for quick workout then left."
"Their workout classes are not regulated. Showed up for my Bodypump class today at 5:30pm. Like the Santa Clara gym, the class was filled to the brim. These classes are allotted for only a certain number of people who sign up. But I think people just show up without signing up. I and several other people who signed up left the gym because there was no space in this class. Please regulate these classes as first come first serve first sign up, first serve. It is very dangerous to workout when you have no space at all. Won’t be coming back to this gym. Very disappointed."
