"My family loves Do Martial Arts. We found them at the Castro Valley Fall Festival, where we got a coupon for a couple free sessions for my 5 y/o daughter. Now she and I each take classes individually, and we do a family class each week where we can practice Tae Kwon Do together. It’s great. She loves the activity, and I love the exercise.
