"The Providers AMAZING the back office staff were great. The front desk receptionist THE WORST she was rude and had a nasty attitude. If it wasn't for the doctor that I loved I wouldn't go coming back. PLEASE FIND BETTER STAFF TO GREET YOUR PATIENTS they are the first and last impressions."
"Being a new patient I had to fill out a long questionnaire. When I finally saw the doctor, he told me my diagnosis and prescribed some medication. It took less than 10 minutes. He didn't even introduce himself, which I thought was rude. Other than that, he was pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing."

"Medically sound. Friendly staff and well organized. But limited parking at the Castro Valley site. And most of all, no one could tell me in advance how long my appointment would be or even what specifically would be done during that time. In other words I couldn't plan on other event that day because of this appointment's ambiguity."
