"10/10 Would recommend Really great local gym with lots of room for personal training and classes! I was introduced to the gym by Sean, who is the owner’s son and one of the personal trainers. He’s also a friend of my family, and teachers a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-6:50pm that will really kick your butt. I’m usually there on Tuesday’s, and the class sizes are small. As a result Sean will ask you what areas the group would like to target in that day’s class, and tailor the session to meet your goals. I always feel like special attention is paid to each attendee to make sure everyone is maximizing their workout and staying safe. I leave each class feeling fulfilled and exhausted, and am always sore for the next couple of days."
