"My puppy is 5 months and very scare to get his hair cut in his face. I did advice them and they said they would try hence I went somewhere else that left him half trimmed. Unfortunately my dog didn't allow them to cut his face but was able to fix his body. They didn't charge me at all. I thanked them and left a good tip. I was referred to this place because they do an amazing job. Hopefully my puppy grows out of the fear."
"Just want to share my experience. I have 2 dogs. I asked them to trim one of the dog which has long hair and a summer cut for the other which already had short hair. I was told to pick them up at 1. Left the place and got a call around 1. I was told to bring cash for the amount of $100 for both dogs. I grabbed only $100 and was excited to pick them up. When I got there, I was told it was $110. She even brought out a calculator and told me it was $110 three times. I was speechless and embarrassed because I only had $100 on me. Now I’m running across the street to go to an ATM to pull out $10 more extra cash. Now this isn’t even my bank so I got charged a service charge. So when I saw my dog he came back looking like a cocker spaniel. His hair was chopped. Remember I only asked for a trim. I was so disappointed. Took so long to grow his hair out. My wife said, hey maybe we can take our dog to Petsmart. They might do a better job. Now I remember why this is the only 2nd time I brought my dog here. This will be my last."
