"I am visiting town and have had two sessions with Michelle that probably will stick with me for life. She is incredibly attentive to every move of your body including your toes. Yes, you do regular Pilates with some many exercises you haven’t done(in 15 yrs.experience of practicing Pilates yourself) but she studies your form with fresh eyes. I encourage anyone to attend classes at Nurtured Body as you will truly learn to tune into every muscle in your body. This all done with consideration to any hot spots you may have. I would love to be a regular client but passers though are welcome. I’ll be back next trip!"
