"I would give this place 0 star if permitted. My mom's insurance was obviously active as I called and check with her insurance already. The office lady insisted that it is not because their system is not updated. Per insurance, I let them know that they can call the insurance to verify with them. They replied that they don't do that here and only work on computer. Excuse me, since when did provider not call insurance to check patient's info? The lady even told me, well of you don't like the way our office work then you should pick another provider. Of course I'm picking another provider. Do you think I'm crazy enough to send my mom to a place like this? I know they don't even care about these online reviews because they only serve the elderly. But please, Dr. Hanh, if you see these posts, please consider retraining your staff. I'm sure you came into the profession wanting to help people. But your staff sure isn't "helping" anyone by being lazy/uninformed."
