"I went to pick up a prescription but as usual it was not ready even though their website said it would be ready by 20 am that day Because my prescription is not covered by insurance they keep not making it up and ready for me. It really makes me angry. In their computer they have to have my history of this prescription. The techs need to look at the history and so do the pharmacists. I get so tired of either waiting for a long time while they finally make the prescription or having to come back because don't have enough and didn't bother to order more even though they can see that I requested a refill! The people working in the pharmacy need to get their act together!"

"I want to preface my good review with a neutral one. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a while now. I usually go through the drive through, and although I’ve never had a “stand out” bad experience, it’s never been “good”. It’s always been the typical, get you in, get you out, NEXT! No time for questions, concerns, whatever. Even if there isn’t a line. However, today we met Michael at the Pharmacy drive through. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to be sure we didn’t need further assistance. He didn’t rush us. He treated us like people, rather than a number. 5 stars for Michael!"
