"Had the usual surprise bill experience 2x. Went for a preventive consultation and was charged, then went to get an UID which again should be free as is birth control but was charged for the consultation (as if I could just get the device and do it myself). I tried contacting the doctor and her office and no one could help me, the insurance said it wasn't billed as preventive, and her office was not helpful at all, I could never get ahold of her. Their allegation was that I asked questions that were not part of preventive care, but I was never told that if I have any questions the consultation wouldn't be free anymore."
"Dr. Rebecca Sandoval delivered my baby girl at Scripps Mercy 5 years ago, and she was by far the best doctor I've ever had. Shes so great I am looking for her online in the hopes she would've moved from CA to NV lol Im having my 2nd baby and wanted my wonderful doctor again. Dr. Rebecca is very caring, patient and knowledgeable. She even treated me for a condition I had after pregnancy called PUPPS (I think thats how the word spells, not so sure). She found out right away and I got better fast. Hands down to you dr, I miss you!!!"
