He deserves a five star rating because he is caring and intelligent . He definitely pays attention to what the patient needs. I would highly recommend him for any specialty OB/GYN needs."

"UPDATE 8/26/2020: Thank you Dr. Menefee for reading and replying to my review. I wrote that review after my wife and I spoke with the scheduler two times and was told that we lost our chance to schedule this procedure. It took us getting angry and requesting to speak to the Manager to actually get on the schedule. The letter we received in the mail (dated 8/18 and received in the mail on 8/24) stated that we had 2 weeks to call schedule the appointment. When we called on the morning of 8/25 we were told that we lost our opportunity to schedule the appointment and that there are other people waiting for this procedure. I understand that the wait list is long, but giving us less than one business day to receive the letter and respond, is not fair. We were not at home on Monday 8/24 and did not check the mail until the evening (at which point your office is close). The scheduler was very difficult and rude to talk to. You may be an excellent doctor, but the customer service and scheduling capabilities of Kaiser are extremely weak. Scheduling should be considered critical components to ensuring patients get the care they need. I hope you take these comments to heart and work with Kaiser to determine how improvements can be made. (ORIGINAL POST 8/25/2020) If you want a provider that has beautiful facilities at the cost of killing their patients than Kaiser is the insurance/provider you should get. Cancer was detected pretty early with my mother-in-law and she was placed in the Kaiser scheduling shuffle and with the lack of urgency (nothing done), she died 6 months later. Kaiser is now doing the same thing with my wife. She has been on the queue for a procedure with Doctor Menefee for over 1.5 years and they just gave her a 24 hour period to respond. We were out of town and she missed it and now she was sent to the back of the line. Extremely frustrating. They don't care about providing service to the customer. They just like to collect money without providing service and building new buildings/facilities to be able to depreciate it as tax write-ups. They are the textbook definition of a for-profit healthcare scamming their customers."
