"This arrogant, unskilled, and LIAR misrepresented himself as a perinatalogist and was the cause of death of my twins. He is an OB/GYN, still in training to become a perinatologist, but he presented himself with false credentials. We had an ultrasound performed by the ultrasound technologist, at 13 weeks and three days. She informed us that we were having a boy and a girl, and I have the images to prove that both of them more in perfect condition, with perfect heartbeats, sacs, and position. Dr. Fong arrogantly came into the room, and immediately chose to discount all of the findings of the ltrasound technologist. He told me that my twins for monochorionic, which meant that they shared a placenta. That is only something that happens with identical twins, so I asked him, as a nurse practitioner myself, how is that possible when we are having a boy girl twins? His sarcastic answer was "it's far too early to determine sex at this point". he forced the ultrasound technologist to revise all of her findings in the computer, and to call my twins monochorionic. He performed an extremely aggressive ultrasound, especially on my upper abdomen, where my son was located, trying to locate the second placenta. I asked him what the implications were if the twins were indeed monochorionic, and his answer was well we will just have to see you more frequently, every two weeks. I was uncomfortable during the ultrasound, and concerned with the length of it, as well as the amount of pressure applied, but even as a healthcare professional, I got white coat syndrome, and I allowed it to continue. my husband is an internal medicine doctor, and luckily he was there with me to witness everything that transpired. When Dr. Fong left the room, I stood to get dressed. I had fluid gushing out of me, and I immediately knew that it was amniotic fluid. I told my husband to get him back in the room, but he never actually entered the room. He stood in the doorway, staring, and I said what do I do? His answer was well you can go to Hoag if you want, but there's nothing that they can do this early in the pregnancy. He didn't even walk us to the door. He offered no assistance whatsoever. By the time we arrived at the hospital, he was already in full damage control mode. He was encouraging me to terminate the pregnancy, although in ultrasound at Hoag revealed the both of my children, despite the fact that my son had no fluid left, and was scrunched up I had to sister, they both still had strong heartbeat consistent with their age. He also had his boss, Dr. Mills, call me at the hospital My husband and I refused to murder our children. Dr. Fong falsified his medical records. He claimed that I was leaking amniotic fluid the entire time during the exam, but that I didn't notice until I stood up. That is a blatant lie. I have the images to prove it, and even if I were leaking amniotic fluid, that is not the standard of care. I should never have been allowed to simply leave his office and schedule an appointment for two weeks later, if he knew that I was actively leaking amniotic fluid. He further lied by saying that we had a discussion about this matter. Again, a blatant lie. this man is a disgrace to medicine. He is a liar, a coward, and unskilled practitioner, working under false credentials, and a murderer. Through the grace of God, bedrest, and the best doctors that I could find, I spent my summer laying in bed, not having the chance to enjoy my two-year-old, just praying to save my babies. Sadly, at 26 weeks, I was forced into a C-section at UCI medical center, and both of my children passed away within 48 hours. The type a C-section that I had is a classical cut, which means that they cut vertically instead of horizontally. I had already had a regular C-section with my daughter, so this classical cut on top of that has made my uterus too weak to ever carry a baby again. Dr. Fong has the blood of my children on his hands. I beg of you, anyone reading this, please do not ever see this man, and NEVER allow Magella to care for you, unless it's abortion you seek."
