"[Updated] I would still recommend Dr. Mehta and staff in Fountain Valley, CA. I am a very inquisitive person. When I went for a regular pap and blood tests my overall experience was good. Dr. Mehta is efficient and my last visit was a consult for surgery due to infertility and I did not have the same experience. I left with more questions and insecurity which delayed my treatment. myChart or billing should be available online payment."

"Tried setting up an appointment on the online booking site before a month long trip and got an email that my appointment was confirmed. Two weeks after booking this (2 days before my appointment) I get an email but NO phone call about my appointment being rescheduled to two weeks later than the day I had picked at a completely different time. Of course it’s after when I leave for my trip but no one had reached out to ask if this was an okay date or time for me—completely unprofessional in my opinion. The number provided to me to reach out sends me through a series of automated message systems and when I finally have the option to speak to a representative, it immediately says something along the lines of ‘no one is available, call back later or leave a message’. Long story short, I do not recommend her or whoever from her staff caused this due to the lack of communication you’ll receive."
