"I had a great birth experience with Dr. Diaz. She was always knew exactly what I needed when it came to my care as well as the birth of my daughter. Very soft spoken and professional. The one thing I think bothered me most is her office staff is a little rude sometimes, and not very thorough with relaying information."

"Unprofessional, lazy office staff. Wife told scheduler she wanted pap, mam and check for fertility. When she went in for the appt, staff said that's a separate appt and she needs to provide a letter from her ins. stating the test is covered by them. Wife calls ins, they said that's a bunch of BS, the Dr should call them to confirm. Wife calls Dr office and now they're saying no it's not a letter from the ins, they need my wife to fax the pamphlet of coverage. (BTW I was present during all calls to the Dr) They charge a ton of money for minimal services, the lazy office staff (with changing stories) won't bother calling ins to confirm coverage."

"I went to her in October and got notified in July the next year that the Pap smear I had back in October came back abnormal.. usually something you want to know right away and not almost a year later. I only found out because I called to get a refill on a script.. the nurse then told me that she couldn't do it because of the almost year old abnormal pap that I was unaware of until that moment. How do you not tell your patients they have abnormalities til almost a year later. Also if I would've never called I wouldn't have found out at all. What a terrible way to treat a patient? What kind of dr does that? Not a good one."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa Diaz for many years and have always found her to be professional, competent and interested in doing what is necessary for my health and wellbeing. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I have always been able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner; and when I was waiting for the results of a test and was worried, Dr. Diaz called me herself as soon as the results were available. That is the criteria that matters to me from any doctor!"
