"Daisy is just amazing. My dog has bad allergies and she always makes sure he is taken care of. She's always so kind and bubbly and a literal ray of sunshine. I would recommend anyone to her as she genuinely cares about her dogs and their wellbeing. Viviana was also very sweet and a great employee! Remember to bring your vaccination papers because they won't let your dog in without it for wellbeing of other dogs!"
"If you need stuff shipped from this store same day, don't do it. They consistently screw up orders and then make it incredibly difficult to deal with correcting their mistakes. They try and blame Doordash for their failure to get the order correct to pick up. Terrible store and terrible customer service."
"I was impressed by this store. The young lady that took my call over the phone, the lady that helped me with the pet food, and the cashier at the counter, they all had awesome customer service. It’s a large store with lots of supplies. I came here after I experienced the poor service at the Wilshire location, and lack of supplies. You can tell these ladies love what they’re doing, and they do it very well. I look forward to the times that I will go to this store again."
"Thankful for the nail trim for my dogs. One of them in particular gets anxious, and other groomers have shied away from trimming his nails fully for this reason. I’ve also had a hard time doing it myself. Gloria kept both dogs calm and did a great job."
