"I called for a appointment and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then they picked up the phone with extremely rude attitude. So after 1week i have to call them again and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me. They are so unprofessional, i told my doctor to find me another physician. "I am a new patient of Dr. Dehkordi and I can honestly say she has helped me in so many ways. Years of appointments and varying doctors not listening or taking the time to figure out/treat my issues. The vary first meeting she was straight to it and scheduled my procedure. She reassured me and gave me hope. The day of surgery I struggled with my anxiety and she completely validated my anxiety and concerns. Most drs just say it’s okay and things will be alright but she made me feel a since of trust and comfort. Yes, some staff are snappy but they are also very busy. My interactions with staff have been over the top with time crunch scheduling and coordination with previous doctors. Very pleased and relieved to have found Dr. Dehkordi she truly has relieved a lot of my situation and listened when other providers struggled their shoulders."

"The office manager and billing office is extremely rude and you can have been a patient for years, come to your appointment and even have a procedure scheduled. She will tell you that you have to find another Dr. I love Dr. Dr. Dekhordi. I have seen her for years but will be finding another Physician just because of the ugly attitude and treatment of her office manager and staff. She is so unprofessional and loud. Her only concern is that you come up with the money and told me to contact my insurance company myself. I asked her how much the procedure would cost and she would not even give me a straight answer. I then asked her if she had any private pay patients. Her response to me was vague even though she had access to my records. I have never had such poor treatment. I will definitely find another Physician."
