"I can’t even write this review without crying but I just wanted to say thank you so much to Dr. Graff for coming to our family home last minute to put our 15 year old Kitty down. He was so caring and compassionate. I wish we had heard about him sooner. Although it was sad, it was still such a beautiful and peaceful experience. We miss our boy terribly but we are so thankful Dr. Graff got to be there. (I hope this is his location) Thank you so much again Dr. Graff R.I.P Lou "

"I tried booking an appointment for my 16.5 year old pom mix who has an infection in her mouth. I informed the staff her rabies was past due, because she's had a vaccine reaction in the past to rabies. Once they received the records, I received a text stating the vet will require we update her vaccines to do any services. What a horrible recommendation for a 16 year old dog with a current infection and a history of vaccine reactions! I elaborated again her condition and at that point I told them to cancel the appointment if that was going to be a requirement - no hesitation they cancelled... Even I know better than to introduce vaccines to a elderly dog with an already compromised immune system + history of vaccine reactions. And honestly this dog is 16 years old - when does a vet decide to look at the reality of the situation.? These people are a joke and appear to not look out for the best of the animal only their pockets. What a shame..."

"I have been with Windsor Animal Hospital for many years. It is comforting to know there is someone available when I need them that will take good care of my best friend. UPDATE: Unfortunately this facility was sold to Veterinary Centers of America (VCA). Quality of care and customer service has been greatly diminished. I now use another facility. Really a shame."

"We are changing vets after 30 years, thinking we needed a new vet before our long time favorite retired. We were surprised to see how much we liked this new vet hospital, both the client gals and the vet. The business is owned by a married couple and they also have 2 other vets who work there, and they are open 7 days/week without closing for lunch. This is a one owner business, not part of a corporate emergency 24/7 business, and it felt that way. Genuine care given to the animals and owners alike, with good expertise and service. We are thrilled to find them. 8/2021 Two years later I’ve changed by 5* rating to 4*. I almost want to give it a 3*. After our first time visit 2 years ago we’ve had 2 more annual checkups and vaccines for our 2 cats and 1 dog. Today’s appt took me 2 months to get, with vague scheduling by staff with statements like “we can’t see you until then but we don’t know the exact schedule yet.” Today’s tech was not experienced or of much help. Today’s vet, when asked, said it was his first day there but he has worked at other VCA hospitals. We were never notified that this is now part of a chain of vets, not the family owned business we started with. My dog needs dental wok but I was not able to schedule it with them. Again, “we don’t know the schedule” story. I left feeling frustrated, and wished I had a vet that had personal interest in a relationship with me and my pets."

"I can't think of anything I would change. I already recommend WAH to anyone who asks me about a local veterinary hospital. As I told Dr. Piper the other day, WAH practices veterinary medicine like I would if I was still in practice. They are all very thoughtful and caring and offer top notch services."
