"I want to caution and warn any patient that visits a doctor of Keck should be prepared to pay an additional charge that will be quite hefty for any in office procedure. This information is not explicitly explained or given to the patient before the procedure as was my case. Now I'm stuck with a huge bill because of this additional facility/surgical charge. Keck billing has been unhelpful in resolving this. So when you get a procedure done at a Keck doctor's office, again, this is an office and not the surgical center in San Pedro, verify what facility charge they will give to your insurance. You will be paying for the medication, the visit, the doctors action and this charge. This charge could be quite expensive and not covered by your insurance. In most cases, Keck doctors are independent contractors and the office you are visiting them at. They are essentially renting and the landlord is Keck."

"Checked my Mother into the Neurology Dept. And right now it is 1☆ because quite an unprofessional woman/employee sitting behind glass at the Appointment Check Out Desk. We have sat here an hour waiting to watch her eat, drink, snack, be on her cell phone. She should be terminated! What a huge embarrassment for Keck USC! How very unprofessional...You should have people of utmost professional appearance and behavior at your Appointments Check Out Desk in Neurology"
