"Visited this morning, we had Chicken Fajitas and Classic breakfast. I highly recommended the classic breakfast. The server is very patient and friendly to us. 10 out of 10 I will be back again. I downloaded the Norms app and got points from today’s visit."
"Not terrible food. Country Gravy was very runny but still tasted alright. Chicken fried steak was overcooked but still serviceable. I was charged for bacon I never ordered, so that money ended up being calculated into the tip."
"Waited 30 minutes after being sat down to get my order or even get utensils and straws brought to us. Then waiting over another 30 minutes afterwards to get greasy, soggy, hash browns, a melting pot omelette that was all veggies meat and cheese, it had no eggs. Waiting so long for the food, but the waiter Patricia immediately brought us the check as she brought us our pancakes and went on her break. I used to love this place but it’s going downhill. Only gave it 3 stars because the second waiter was friendly and corrected what the other waiter had done. Update: This food ended up making me sick. Good job norms, getting a pregnant lady sick. I won’t be back."
