"Took way too long to get someone to talk to us in the drive through, she was rude and wasn’t listening. I specifically said plain on my chicken sandwich and she even put it on the screen but it came regular, then we ask for the managers number and she said she was the manager so we ask for a hire up or corporates number and she wouldn’t give us it. We ask for her name to write a complaint and she gave us attitude and wouldn’t give us her name. Terrible service for people being payed 20$ an hour."

"Elder abuse I was not allowed to use the bathroom , Manager says customers only I need to purchase something, policy rule , I ask if I can first use the bathroom and manager said "No, have to purchase something first. ' I had a accident. No common courtesy in this establishment."

"All fast food is hit and miss, they hire people who don't love to cook good food. It is depressing to pay hard earned cash for sloppy made food."

"Placed order online. Was ready in the specified time. Every meal was packed in its own bag, which makes it so much easier to account for things when a large order is placed. Definitely recommend."

"This was February 8th, went through the drive through and this is how I received my fries, that is not pepper on the fries, I am sure it is burnt stuff floating around in the fryer, I am sure the fryer was way over due to be cleaned. No telling what else is way over due for a cleaning in this place. Besides the fries being messed up, the service was bad, at the drive up window customers should not see employees horsing around."
