Farmers Insurance - Ross Veckey

"Worst customer service EVER!! Tried to call 6 times, nobody picked up the phone. The answering message will ask you to leave a voicemail, but voicemail is full. Then there is option 3 to connect directly to the cell phone, but no one picks up either and that voicemail is full too. Finally found the email address, sent an email with a billing question on an existing policy where Ross is the agent ONE WEEK AGO. NO RESPONSE. Would like to give zero stars."

"I had farmers insurance with Ross since 2011 when I bought my house until this year that I decided to go with another agent. Everything was well for many years. His team and him made me save hundreds of dollars for years with life, car, and home insurance bundled up. They really made me feel special and appreciated for years until around 2019 when his team left him or he fired them all. Customer service became horrible. No one would answer the phone. The only way I would be able to make changes was through texting. At times, he would not even reply until I would follow up. I’m sure he’s a great individual, but customer service became very bad from around 2019 to early 2021. Hope this helps!"

I'm so happy I did..not only is he down to earth & honest, but he was there when I had my very 1st auto accident at end of last yr!!! From checking on me to recommending the best auto repair shop (they spoke highly of Ross btw) to getting me what I was entitled to!! I definitely recommend him as an agent, he knows his stuff!!"
