"At the orangethorpe branch there is no one there ever. I'm canceling my insurance with them and going back to Allstate. I will file a complaint against them. This isn't the first time. All I needed was to get my son insurance to drive.....they aren't even there. Last time they say they are in office but that was a lie. 3 days I tried to get hold of a human, nothing....we couldn't get the car registration so I had to call a different place to get a hold of THAT office to make them email it to me (proof of insurance). Never again with this very very very had company. Stay away from this company. Its bad."
