"Walgreens purchased riteaids pharmacy patients before they closed. Now Walgreens pharmacy patients have to wait an average of 45 minutes in line to get medications filled because there patients doubled but the staff is the same size as before, and the staff there was already slow and inefficient. This is a classic case of not caring at all about your customers. Take your business to a smaller local pharmacy. They will answer their phones when you call! Walgreens treats us like cattle. They do not treat patients with dignity"

"The customer services is so bad at this pharmacy. They won’t even place your call on hold when you call them to enquire about your prescription, they just hang up the phone on you. When you go out to grab your medication the line is so long because the workers are all doing nothing but ignoring the customers at the line. This place is ridiculous. I miss Ride Aide so much, they were really good with their customers. Ride Aide had about 4 employees running the pharmacy and they never had a line, Walgreens has like 8 and they make you wait hours before your medication is ready."

"In 3 to 4 years since I picked up my medication at the pharmacy with no problem then after that it changed. I noticed that I see different pharmacist people every time! They were slow and took their time whatever they felt like to. They care about themselves, not customers who need medication to keep them alive. Once I show up at pharmacy and pick up the medication but they say they don’t have it. I told them you text my dad that medicine is here. They say “Oh, it automatically texts you that it’s here”. I felt like it waste of my time because I don’t drive, I asked my family member to take me there or use Uber to pick up the medicine. I know that they use delivery medication but I don’t trust them that medicine will never be here on time or they will forget about it. Seem like that pharmacy gets worse every time, I visit. They need to do something and do their right job and care about customers who need medication and also need to be on time, not slow or feel like whatever they feel like to."
