"I won't be buying from GameStop anymore. Especially not this one. There were only 2 people working the week of Christmas, so the wait time was pretty long. When it was finally my turn, I got a bunch of shoulder shrugs and was told to call customer service. Their return policies are absurd. When I tried calling customer service, I was on hold for almost an hour with no representatives. I got stck with the items, which will be my last purchase from this company."

"I asked for the price for Turtle beach 600 wireless headset for Xbox Series and the guy at time told us , they're kinda expensive and might be cheaper at Walmart.... Okay But I still want to know the price please.. like????! He says around 90 bucks. I say okay I might be back. I ended up coming back to the gamestop . Walmart prices were more by 20 to 25 bucks for the same headsets . This time there was another employee with dark hair, he was very helpful and super nice . He took the time to find out what gaming box we had and what item we wanted to see and then some. There were 3 people in line and if you ever been to a game stop you know that you're gonna spend some time there. I know if you're in charge of a store there are some things you need to handle before you leave your shift.. But here we go you guys :) ***THIS IS BASED ON MY OPINION OKAY DONT COME FOR ME LOL . If there are 2 registers and 2 people working why not get the line down?.. that way you won't have pissed customers and a stressed employee... Right or Wrong? I'm just saying, never the less my experience at start was not so good but ended up great. I got wireless headsets and a controller with great service at the end."

"I bought my son a gift card for his birthday a few weeks back. We have tried to visit the store several times during business hours to use this but the door is locked and the sign on the door says back at 315 but they don’t come back! Will never shop here again! My son is so disappointed."
