I appreciate that she provides customized options that take into account the reality of my day-to-day life. For example, I'm more likely to do exercises standing up and she's always quick to offer those options. Her hands-on work is genius. I highy recommend her!"

"I met with Cathy for the first time today. She was delightful. This was my first time going to a PT at all. She was very kind and attentive. She made the process really easy. She explained what she was doing and why as she evaluated. She gave me homework (I.e. exercises to do at home) and a plan to move forward with. She explained how their process works and allowed me time to think on my decision moving forward. I can feel already that she is going to be able to make a difference in my body as we work together and that she is very focused on my healing and overall health. Update July 2023: I have finished my sessions with Cathy and am feeling amazing! No more pain! I have so many tools that I can use now and am keeping my PT going at home! Strength is the name of the game at this point. November 2023: I have continued my at home PT and am happy to say that there is no more pain or "crunching" sound/feeling in my shoulder!! "Shana is simply the best PT I have ever been to. After 4 back surgeries I have been to many. Her knowledge is incredible and will come up with a solid game plan to get you healthy and feeling great. More recently I was having back and neck pain after I over did it in the gym. I saw a Doctor and they want to burn nerves in my neck. I decided to see Shana instead. It took a handful of visits but I am now pain free. Highly recommend."
