"Rooted in track bike culture but every bit a friendly LBS committed to pedal-driven empowerment."

"I recently brought in my ebike because the brakes weren't working properly. The man who worked on it, I think his name was Wakeem, said I needed a new tandem cable, which he didn't have but he ordered one. He tightened up the brakes as best he could and didn't charge me anything. The next week, they told me the tandem brake cable had come in, so I took the bike in. Wakeem (?) looked at it and said I also needed new brake pads. Fortunately, they had ones in the shop he could fit on. He did all that and adjusted the shifter for only $38! I have a great appreciation for the place now."

"Worst bike shop ever never go here. I took my bike in to get fixed for a paddle. They proceeded to work on my bike, but when I went in, I noticed that the vibe was kind of weird. There is an African-American gentleman and a Caucasian gentleman who worked there they then proceeded to fix my paddles, they put my bike on the rack, and then my seat got broken off. They’ve been trying to tell me that it was my fault because the seat was wobbly so I asked them is there anything you can do to help me? They basically told me that they would have to charge me please never go to the shop the African-American gentleman. then said under his breath after I told him I will just go somewhere else. He said you don’t want it, which means you don’t want any problems as in a threatening matter, so he kept on making comments in a threatening manner, and I just told him to please take off the pedals. I will take my bike somewhere als as for the owner I don’t know why he would hire such unprofessional people as a person who’s worked retail I know customers come first no matter what I will never go back to the shop for anything"

"I haven't touched a bike in 20 years and came into this place to hopefully buy one off of the rack and ride it home. I had no idea what I wanted/needed but the guy working behind the counter picked a bike for me to try. Turns out it's perfect. Also appreciate he took the time to make sure my seat was at the correct height. If you have no idea what you are doing, but want to start biking, I highly suggest this shop."
