He also has the old-timey customer service policy and helped me put them on. A very cute shop with a great owner. "Small & Perfect Shop. If you work on your feet all day long and are looking for a place were you can find the right shoe to bring to a end that "killing" low back pain, go no where else. Gustavo, the owner, will help you find the right shoe for your type of work. He is more focused in your well being than anything else. I brought my wife here about tree years ago when she was suffering from a back pain she could no longer endure. We listened to his suggestions and took home her new shoes, a pair of Birkenstock, and by the end of her first day of work with her new shoes she was amazed with the difference on her health. This month we returned for a new pair and following another suggestion from Gustavo, this time to save money , took the old one to be re-soled. With a customer service that put you and your needs first over sale, my wife and I will definitely return to this store every time we need excellent shoes for the long run."
