"This place is an absolute joke. They refuse to tell me if my sons baseball glove that was stolen from our street is in their possession. I have a police report number and everything in regards to the glove and they still refuse to say if they have the glove. Stating they will only give information to the police department. What a joke, taking a 9 years olds personal baseball glove and selling it to a crooked, criminal place like this."
"Bought a air compressor from this place for $100 bucks & went to get a loan on it & all they were gonna give me is a lousy $30 bucks. Told them to stick it. I wouldn't buy or sell nothing there. Bunch of thief's is right"
"Was told (by the assistant manager) I could bring an item back, within 7 days, if it didn’t work out for me. Wasn’t told they only do in-store credit. Now I have a gift card to buy junk I don’t need. Update: As I was leaving following my attempt at a refund, I did see their “Return Policy” high up on the wall behind the sales counter, slightly covered by a large TV. My fault for not searching high and low for the policies and for not asking about them in detail when buying my item. Shady business practice for not openly disclosing that information when the assistant manager clearly knew that what I was buying was going to be returned if it didn’t work for me."
"I purchased a bar light recently, originally priced at 100$ down to 40$ did not use it everyday. Had some minor issues with it well 9 days later went to return the item and wouldn't you know it the rude older lady behind the counter was so happy to tell me " sorry our return policy is 7 days on items like this " needless to say I'm very dissatisfied with them. It's a massive store with almost nothing in it, I can see why. They obviously are not concerned with conducting "good business " I recommend the other many pawnshops in GB. I only stopped at this one because it's close to home. It seems to be the 1 women behind the counter there that's the problem, the other employees seemed pleasant and helpful."
