"Great studio. Both locations are beautiful and clean. Every teacher is welcoming and very clear about making your practice your own so you don’t feel pressured into anything. Teachers offer modifications for everything (to make it more challenging or more accessible). Palm and Pine also has a solid community with monthly themes to prompt your intention and connection with others.
