"The food is good but I walked in for take out food and had to wait 45 minutes inside the restaurant and was given the wrong order! As the front staff was struggling dealing with the drive through customers and the customers inside. I noticed two managers in the back just chit-chatting and laughing and not helping out their staff with the customers. That's not how you run a business."
"It's good because it's Popeyes but the service here sucks. They're always forgetting something. I just placed an order that was promoted online that if I spend more than $10, I would get a free box of six wings with some sauces and I think a side and that did not come with my stuff.."
"We ordered a lot of food. Strips didn't come out as fresh, but they were expeditious in getting us fresh tenders dropped and served. They gave us 3 extra wings to compensate for the wait. We dined in and the store is clean. This is the only Popeyes I will eat up to date. Drove from Racine"
"Staff is really nice. Chicken is good. Sides also good but if I am paying $7 for a side I am expecting the contanter to be more than half full. First time it happened I figured it was just a coincidence. I went a second time and it was slightly over half full. Then this most recent time it was like nothing at all. I would probably get more if I just ordered individuals. Not saying I wont be going there anymore cause it still is good but I will just be going there for the chicken"
