If you are looking for a doctor that you don't have to wait to see, and that you are in and out of the office quickly this isn't the doctor for you. However, if you want your doctor to truly help you isn't it worth a little waiting? It is for me and I can't say enough good about Dr. Briggs and her staff."

"Absolutely LOVE my doctor and almost all the staff, but the receptionists have made me not want to come back. Waited 40 minutes to speak to someone about needing a new prescription sent to my pharm, was spoken to rudely when I was finally put on with someone, and was immediately transferred to a voicemail line. I've been waiting days now for a response to the voicemail I left, but have not received anything. Disappointed that I won't be getting my medication when I need it. I would think that getting people their medications would be taken seriously, but I suppose not?"

"I was referred to Dr Briggs by a friend and I am very happy I made the change to her care. I felt they gave me full attention and do care for health. What also amazed me more, was I was first time patient last year and her office set me up with same day appointment. I highly recommend their office to family and friend for friendly, caring, and no long waits! Her office is amazing!!"

"It's a shame how this office run their business. Very unprofessional, don't care about patients, irresponsible and impossible to get a hold of someone when needed help. I had baby sitter emergency situation and called to notify the office. The lady picked up the phone talked to me and gave me new appointment date. I showed up on the new date, but the lady at the front desk who never smile and seemed she doesn't want to be there told me there's no record of new appointment date. I was divesting left the note to talk to office manager. Six months later after I removed all my three kids and myself to see the doctor elsewhere I got a phone call from their billing office for $25 no show fee. What a totally stupid fee that is. Nobody return my call after the complaint, nobody was trying to solve a problem, and that fee just very unreasonable like I'm not allow to have life emergency. They still sent me the bill and take no responsible. I ended up not seeing anyone and being ask to pay the fee. If you could go see someone else I recommend you to do so. Don't bother to go to this office. This is the way they run business only interested in money not really care for the patients."

"Staff is unprofessional and irresponsible. They don't return phone phone calls because they claim they never received my voice messages or the pharmacist voice messages. Speaking to a staff member on the phone is a challenge. Phone wait time can be up to an hour. They want you to arrive 15 minutes early however the doctor I've seen every visit was 45min - 1hr late. The medical assistants are rude and shrug their shoulder when asked questions in regards to my medications or doctor. I wish I had read reviews prior to going to this doctors office. It appears that this is the offices reputation. I will not be returning."
