"The music was a bit loud but we were too hungry to care. I had a 14oz ribeye, medium well done and boy was it tender. Loved every bite and the server was very speedy with everything. Glad we reserved before coming in though. It was quite busy but worth it."

"Keto delight on a Wednesday night! It was a tasty steak, green beans with onion and bacon, and butter broccoli. Filling and delicious and not breaking my diet needs."

"Wait was about 30 minutes for 2, which is to be expected on a Friday evening at 7 o’clock. Our Server Taylor was very sweet and was on top of things, never once had to ask for a refill on drinks or bread, ordered a full rack of ribs and my partner ordered the grilled shrimp, came quicker than I would have expected for how busy it was, and it was outstanding food. Overall a fantastic experience and I am very glad to see one of my favorite restaurants performing like a well oiled machine. Keep it up, you guys are doing great!"

"Have always loved Texas Roadhouse in all the states we have lived in. Unsure if the poor service, inability to handle busy periods and low food quality is Wisconsin specific or just Appleton. Just take a look at this Bacon Cheese Fry plate... They were out of cheddar cheese and used some horrible cheese sauce. We sent it back and had to argue for a refund for the uneaten appetizer. On another visit, my order was made wrong and it took 25 minutes to get another Cheeseburger brought out. The manager said she could only offer a free appetizer on the next visit. We will maybe try them again in a few months."

"Went there for my birthday. ordered a rib-eye and they brought me something that looked like an abomination. It was cut up, the grill lines were in different directions, and it looked old. I simply asked to have another made because I wasn't satisfied. Instead of making me a new one, the manager came back with it and gave me a ten minute lecture about why it looks like that and how he would never cut the steak, all while squishing his fingers into the steak with what he said were 'clean gloves'. So instead of fixing the problem, he made us feel really uncomfortable and I still didn't eat the steak which was presumably cold by the time he was done poking it. The waiter was really cool though, very friendly and tried to be accommodating despite what happened. I didn't want to talk bad about this place but I felt wronged. I wasn't expecting someone to go all out to defend the steak like this. The problem should have just been fixed."
