"Visited Pete's Garage bike store on Broadway in Green Bay today. Highly professional staff. High end bike store with a great repair department. Looking for a job and doing some window shopping. I've had biked across the country including the whole coast from Newport Oregon to San Diego.. Always on a beat up used bike. Have had many a bike stolen,but always lucked into another. Would like to attempt the ride across Wisconsin but everything hinges upon the grace of God. Trying to recruit my friend Tim a good man I met at the YMCA to ride it with me. He's a great endurance athlete who is an inspiration to me in his eighties. Got to live those who keep on keeping on and never give up. But anyone with a genuine interest in cycling while in Green Bay should stop in at Pete's and tell them that I sent you !"

"I came from Minneapolis to Egg Harbor, Wisconsin. I stopped at Pete's garage after having called and talked to Jim and got a bike for 4 days at a very good rate. The guys put a water rack in for me they had attached a rack on the back for my backpack and bungees and bent over backwards with service I can't thank them enough. Sean and the boys were right on target with service I had a small problem about a mile away from the shop, and Sean came out and fixed the problem wouldn't even take a tip if I offered it to him. You need a bicycle in Green Bay, go to Pete's garage you'll get everything you need."
