"Once you are inside the store shopping, the staff may randomly request at their discretion to leave your bags on the counter without supervision and then follow you to ensure that you do not carry a small plastic bag inside their store. If at any time you find yourself with a small plastic bag in your hand, I recommend not going to the store to avoid inconvenience."
"In person, no problem. Order online? Never again. I ordered a jersey after Christmas online through the bucks pro shop. Shipping was fast and I received the jersey 2 days later. However, the patches on the jersey were falling off and the packaging was terrible. I sent the jersey back and received a replacement in the mail today. This time, the patches on the jersey are fine however, now I was sent the wrong size. I don’t know what’s changed in the last 2 years but I’ll never order from BPS online ever again. Just go in person when you are at a game, the hassle online isn’t worth it."
"Wish they had a better selection of items... really sucks too if you have credit for pro shop only things and there are so many other stores in a close radius with newer selection and more variety of it too Staff is nice I have been in this location during bucks games and while it's open during regular hours and it's always been the same clothes on the racks for a good 4-6 months now I hope after new years they put some newer selections out"
"We were at a game and picked up a hat in store at the pro shop. The first time my son put the hat on the adjustable size clip came off. Of course, we don't live in the same state, so my wife tried calling and emailing to see about an exchange as it was a manufacturer defect. She has gotten no reply. Now we have a "new" hat that can't worn...... it was his little souvenir to remember the day. I guess lesson learned check the merch closely before buying. Even if the store PACKED on game day."
"Efficient staff. Fun place for all your Bucks gear. They have it all!! Most likely one of the fue places you can get the hats designed by the players themselves. Very nice and it's fun to walk on the plaza and see the big TVs outside than go inside one of the 2 restaurants and have some food and fun. The Punch Bowl Restaurant is full of fun and games huge Jenga cornhole toss and many others. If you just want to focus on the main event than the other one is for you with TVs everywhere. Even in the bathrooms!!"
