"This is a busy clinic. Parking lot is small but there’s neighborhood street parking. Friendly and professional staff. Be prepared to wait as my last 2 visits they were running behind 30-45 minutes."
"My experience today at the california skin institute was extremely disappointing and disheartening. My 3 year old daughter had an appointment today 3/7/24 with PA Lee , that we have been waiting for since December 2023. Initially check in went well, the front staff were kind and welcoming. While filling out forms in the lobby area I noticed a hole comepletly punctured through the window to the facility , I felt that was very strange. We were called back shortly after filling out forms and didn’t wait long to be seen by the PA. When PA Lee and his assistant came in the room there was no introduction. Bed side manners were extremely lacking, not only did he not introduce himself to myself or my daughter he plain old asked me “ok so we are here for a rash?” His demeanor was very in-compassionate and uninterested. He answered my concerns with few word responses. Didn’t have much suggestions or information that I needed. We finished the appointment and as my daughter and I were getting in the car to leave , I noticed more holes through the windows of the facility. Having holes through the windows of a medical facility seems extremely unsafe, uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional."
"Staff needs to give surgical patients a phone number that will actually be answered or responded to in a timely manner. I left message 15 minutes after leaving office on a Wednesday morning, due to a bandage problem, and did not receive a response until 4:30 pm on Friday!! Not acceptable."
"Rec'd a call the day before my appointment which was booked a year ago that they needed to push back 2 hrs. Rearranged my schedule to accommodate. Waited for over an hour to see the doctor for a 10 minute check up. Most of what needed to be done was to remove things that he "removed" a year ago.... all of which were fully present as soon is the burns (freeze) healed."
"First time at new location. Waiting room was clean and spacious. Office clerks were attentive. MA was kind and professional. My new Dr was kind, informative and fast. I didn't know I was done so quick. Excellent experience!!!"
