"I've cashed multiple checks here over the years, I was just denied because I signed the check before hand, however I’ve come here multiple times and it was never an issue however the man today denied my business, I really don’t recommend this place I would give zero stars if I could."

"This business relocated from Montclair about 4 years ago. When I first walked in, I wondered why it was dead with no customers. I understand the reason now. Customer Service is non existent now as in the past with inconsistent policies. They are in legal compliance only because they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, which means they refuse to serve anyone who does not live in Chino. I reported this business to the BBB and the State of California for not furnishing an adverse action notice when one is denied a loan product. The man who assisted was absolute in stating he was not able to disclose which consumer reporting repository was used to influence the decision. This is of course false. By Law, this has to be disclosed in what is known as an adverse action notice. Happy this industry is being more heavily regulated now to combat predatory lending practices. By no means disparaging the business, just stating facts of my personal experience. On a side note, Payday Loan providers use whats called Specialty Consumer Reports, which also fall under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Some are now being bought out by the big 3 Credit Bureaus. The most widely used for payday Loans are CoreLogic, Teletrack and Lexis Nexis. And yes some payday lenders will do a hard pull on your credit reports."

"The first time I went there, I was told I needed a 30-day bank statement for a loan. When I returned, someone who I think was her husband told me I need it 60 days, and my social security card! These people are discriminating against people on disability. Also very rude."
