"After searching far and wide for the dart board stand my boyfriend wanted for Christmas, I found it here. Tyler contacted me by e-mail and phone right away to let me know it would be delayed. Since I hadn't found this stand elsewhere, I decided to keep my order even after being told it most likely would not arrive before Christmas. The customer service here has been excellent. I have not had to follow up once about the order as Tyler has kept me informed. Just got notification that it has been shipped to me and that they threw in a little something extra for my patience. A+++ customer service. I live in NJ, but will definitely order from here again!! Happy to support local businesses that are truly there for the customer."
"Drove a half hour to get there when they open at 10 am on a Friday. Was told his dart league is Thursday night and he gets pretty drunk. Probably hungover, likely won't be in until 10:30. Went to Bill's, great service, killed a half hour. Came back, its 10:45 and dude still hasn't showed up. Must be dominating leagues cuz his shop front isn't making any money."
"What's the point of having a store front with hours of opperation if nobody is ever there? Been there 5 times over a two month span, during "open" business hours and was only able to get in on the first visit. On that visit, I tried to order some dart shafts, ten sets actually, and never heard anything back. Won't be going back again, it's just not worth the gas, time or effort."
