Procentive

"I have been working with Procentive since its inception in 2008. It has grown so big that the company does not care anymore that it has created a behemoth that does not serve the interests of its consumers any more. Fortunately, I have developed work arounds that can usually counteract the flaws in the system. However, I have to spend so much time doing that, it takes away from my practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. If I were self employed, I would definitely find a better system. The two companies I work for are tied to you by contract and therefore, I am stuck with you at least for the time being. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, UPGRADE YOUR SOFTWARE, SO THIS SYSTEM CAN WORK FOR US, YOUR CONSUMERS!!!!!!!"

"I'm editing my previous review. Clinical software is a 2.5/5. Everything is dated and isn't the most user friendly. It works, but is a lower level option comparatively. Billing Services- 1/5. Yes, they will get the job done, but dont expect them to have your best interests in mind. Make sure to read the billing agreement. There are far better options out there! Procentive isn't a SUD company, which is the biggest problem in my opinion. What makes me most upset is the lack of customer service at the moment. I've been waiting for a response for almost 2 months now. Gerad (Procentive employee) and I spoke on 3/27 and he attributed the lack of response to being "short staffed." I guess I should lower my expectations yet again. It's 4/10 and I'm still awaiting a response. 14 days. Overall- Yes the software works... but shop around. I would not recommend this company. Update- It’s 10/29/23 and still no response."

"There are times when if I could give minus stars I would. On the surface this look like a fantastic program to use for small clinics. However, once you are in and trained, barely I found out later, it is a total DIY situation. The support is almost nonexistent. If you run into a problem they pass the buck. To them it is always someone else's problem so they send you on this wild goose chase calling all over trying to get it resolved. But it always comes back to them needing to fix it. Procentive then just keeps circling around never actually solving the problem. My advice find somewhere else. The frustration and stress of having to figure everything out on your own and the limitations of what we can and can not fix on our own since we can't actually make internal changes with their system you will find yourself going old school. Mailing claims once again instead of sending them electronic, hand entering ERA's, etc...."

"Stop before you sign any agreement with this company. I am with them now for 1 year and I wish I didn't sign with them. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would recommend you to go another company."

"I would use any other EHR System that exists! We've been using Procentive since its beginning, but once they were bought by Therapy Brands things went downhill fast. ESPECIALLY their "Customer Success" staff. Non-existent and no help whatsoever. If you're looking for an EHR where no one responds or helps, Procentive is your answer. Otherwise, I would recommend literally any other EHR System!"
