"A fire alarm on the third floor has been repeatedly shrieking every 30 seconds for two weeks. Tenants complained, but the landlord has done nothing. It's impossible to sleep."
"A pipe burst in one of the walls, flooding the majority of the first floor and the entire garage. The massive damage caused the building to be under constant construction for years. The noise of hammers and heavy machinery is constant, so it's a terrible choice for those who work from home. There is very poor recordkeeping and oversight. Tenants cause damage to cars in the garage. Management is slow to respond to emails. The management company changes frequently. Maintenance requests go unanswered. Nice view, but otherwise not recommended."
"Management took almost 2 weeks to get back to us about our application and when they did, they had put someone else in it after we were told there was no interest in the unit. Impossible to get any type of response. All but 2 phone calls went right to voicemail and all but 3 texts went unanswered."
