"Monona Lakeview are basic apartments having just what you need. No dishwasher or washer/dryer in any apartments. Over the years living here Mary & Glen have been very flexible and willing to accommodate me and my partners needs. Also, somethings in the apartment like the walls are just randomly falling apart & a light broke last year, called to get it fixed and the guy still hasn't come. I give a 3 star due to the new management, Katz. Katz is raising the rent as well as removing the free water that we have had since we've moved in, thats a huge change. Who knows what else is to come."
"Was about to leave my apt and Dan Katz himself stormed down the hallway with the new property manager behind him, cursing at him and berating him. That guy quit the next day. Katz Property is evil. Will be moving very soon."
"About a year ago Katz Property took over and they have done nothing but destroy this amazing place to live. I have stories upon stories on why you should NEVER rent from Katz Property. Do not rent these units until they have lowered the prices. It is criminal what they are doing."

"I cannot express enough how much I enjoy living at Monona Lakeview. Glenn and all of the office staff are great. My fridge died while I was on vacation. Before I was even back they had the fridge cleaned out and replaced. If you are looking for a place close to the lakes and downtown you can't beat Monona Lakeview."
