"I've been here for 4 years and I have really loved it. So affordable compared to anything else in the city! Most units have upgraded kitchens, maintenance is timly, and the landlord is easily reached via text, email, or phone call. This location is perfect. It's quiet, but yet you are so close to all the city life. I've never had such a great experience living in fitchburg/madison until I moved here!"

"I honestly loved it here. The building may be old, but everything is so well maintained. Everything was immaculate when I moved in. I haven't had a single problem since living here and left my checkin form completely blank! The grounds is like it's own sanctuary and my cats loved it. Even though I had a view of the parking lot, there were still a plenty of birds to occupy their time. Even the neighbors were friendly and extremely helpful. Not to meantion, the staff is wonderful to talk to and work with. My only gripe is that I had to give up my apartment due to a job change."

"I personally am very happy at Chalet Gardens. All my experiences with the office, maintenance, and neighbors have been good. The rent is cheap and I have a decent sized studio apartment with plenty of closet space to fit everything I need. I've been living here for a few months now and really don't have any reasons to complain."

"This is a nice quiet place with great character. There are not a ton of amenities however that makes it very affordable. The cottage layout is unique in the Madison area. It is close to downtown, Verona, and the West side. The management has been very helpful. If you are looking for a place to call home, this could be it."
