"I'm confused by the reviews. Most are a year or more old. This place USED to be something people were PROUD to live in. It was kept clean and safe. People met for coffee downstairs to chat. Management would often join us. People didn't congregate in the hallways to complain and we felt safe to vent to management. I'm long term and will be a lifelong resident. They understand my disabilities and tolerate me, THAT I appreciate."
"This place is so poorly managed I can’t begin to tell you. There is NEVER anyone in the office to help you. Just today I’ve left 6 urgent messages for the Gorman rep and as usual no reply. In case you are thinking about renting in this dump you might want to know that this place is in the process of kicking out their housing tenants…and upping the rent on the suckers who misguidedly try to get into this kip. Take my advice…STAY AWAY!!! Despite their assurances to the contrary they are here for profits only and people be dammed. GORMAN SUCKS!!!"
"If I COULD WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 . STARTED OUT NICE PLACE. BUT RENT STEADY GOING UP AND DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION WERE THE APARTMENT SITS PRICE GOES UP . THERE IS NO FIXER UPPER OR UPGRADE FOR THE INCREASE. ON TOP OF THAT MANY LIVING THERE ARE ON FIX INCOME SSI. GLAD I MOVE MY MOM OUT AND ALOT OF WEED SMOKING IN THERE."

"Harbor At State and Main is thee Ideal Place to Live for my Mother. The renewed success of the Harbor is due to Manager Kaitlynn who continues to provide stability, consistency and accountability as she runs a tight ship for the benefit of her tenants and their needs. She is a tough act to follow as she separates principle from personality in her management of such a large tenant base. We also love its downtown location right near the water. My Mother has resided there for more than 10 years. She refuses to live anywhere else citing current management, elevator, underground parking and thee emphasis on security. In addition; we like thee easy access open concept of mom's apartment."
