"They now charge a fee of $19.95 just to read the meter, something they never charged for before. And they refuse to reduce the frequency with which they read said meter. So the only option is to pay an extra $19.95 every month, for no added service or upgrade. I'm forced to use them, I have no other option, but for anyone with an option, I suggest to steer clear of All State Update: Dominique, who handles metered accounts, has worked with my neighbor and I to split the cost of the meter read fee, since we share a tank. There have been instances where multiple meter read fees appear for the same month, but she was worked to remove the multiples. Good efforts to work amicably."
