"Weirdest delivery experience ever. The guy comes through our front door( we are a restaurant, that’s not where deliveries come through) then proceeded to bring in our order 1 case at a time......it was only about 25 cases but it took a little over an hour. He delivered a bag of flour with a massive hole in it and told me I could not reject it????!!! Then as he was leaving he locked the padlock on our back gate from the outside. What is this company? It felt like an alien just got to earth and decided to try being a delivery guy. Wish I could give zero stars"
"I was a driver for Excel Express until February 2019, they do hire drivers on the rush and push them to the max, their dispatch is 24/7, pay commision base so if no deliveries no money, drivers can not denied a dispatch call without consequences, I did pride myself on my careful customer oriented deliveries, but since I had some one else crash onto my truck and Excel Express doesn't help their drivers with insurance handling they rather terminated me, this review is to help new prospective drivers to make good questions before getting hire by Excel Express, 24/7 dispatch, commision base pay, no benefits, and if you messed up on anything you are out."
